Shipping terms - UPS

Please note that item prices are shown excluding shipping costs.
Depending on the order size and delivery region, your individual shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart.

We deliver packages by UPS - United Parcel Service up to 30 kg.
The delivery time for UPS-Standard is usually 24 hours in Germany and
in other European countries between 1-4 days,
depending on distance and import handling.

Our delivery options include:

    1. UPS Standard - Best price/performance ratio
        Order no later than 17:00, same day delivery.

    2. UPS Saver - Delivery Germany during the next day.
        Order by 17:00 at the latest, other countries delivery time on request

    3. UPS Express 12:00
        Delivery Germany until 12:00 o'clock - order until 17:00 o'clock at the latest,
        other countries delivery time on request

    4. UPS Express - Delivery Germany until 10:30 a.m.
        Order by 17:00 at the latest, other countries Delivery time on request

    5. UPS Express
        Saturday delivery in Germany until 10:30 o'clock (+ 19,75 €),
        Order until Friday 17:00 at the latest

For deliveries over 30 kg as well as for special transports,
e.g. dangerous goods, bulky goods, crating/special packaging, etc. you will receive
the required shipping conditions as well as the most favorable shipping costs with the order confirmation.
