Payment and Shipping

Payment terms

We offer you the “payment terms as agreed” and stored in our master data. All invoices are payable net with the agreed payment term. Unless otherwise agreed and for new customers, the payment method “advance payment” is set by default. Please contact us by email at info@globalaviationparts.com or by telephone at +49(0)5674 704-21 if you would like another payment method or would like to provide us with your credit card details for quick order processing.

Shipping conditions

Please note that item prices exclude shipping costs. Depending on the order size and delivery region, your individual shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart.

We delivery Parcels via UPS – United Parcel Service up to 30 kg. The delivery times for UPS standard are usually 24 hours in Germany and between 1-4 days in other European countries, depending on the distance and import processing.

Best price/performance ratio – order by 5:00 p.m. at the latest, delivery on the same day.
UPS saver
Delivery to Germany over the next day – order by 5:00 p.m. at the latest, other countries delivery times on request
UPS Express 12:00
Delivery to Germany by 12:00 p.m. – order by 5:00 p.m. at the latest, other countries delivery times on request
UPS Express
Delivery to Germany by 10:30 a.m. – order by 5:00 p.m. at the latest, other countries delivery times on request
UPS Express
Saturday delivery in Germany by 10:30 a.m. (+ €19.75), order by Friday 5:00 p.m. at the latest
Deliveries over 30kg and special deliveries
For deliveries over 30kg and for special transports, e.g. dangerous goods, bulky goods, crating /special packaging, etc., you will receive the required shipping conditions and the cheapest shipping costs with the order confirmation.
