ELASTOSIL E41 is a self-levelling RTV silicone rubber with very good mechanical properties that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric humidity.

Processing
ELASTOSIL E41 adheres to many substrates without primer. The user must carry out his own tests to determine the optimum conditions for the respective application Skin formation time (23 °C, 50 % RH) 10-25 min Vulcanisation time (23 °C, 50 % RH) 12 h/mm The vulcanisation time can be considerably reduced by increasing the humidity (e.g. water-wetted cloth and temperature increase)
