Devcon 2-Ton Epoxy-25ml

ITW Polymers Devcon epoxy adhesive is a extremely strong, medium cure and water-resistant clear adhesive, made by combining resin and hardener. The clear colored liquid resin has a slight odor and a 0.97 specific gravity.
Amber colored liquid hardener has an ammonia like fishy odor and a 1.17 specific gravity. This adhesive's resin part has a boiling point greater than 500 degrees F whereas hardener has greater than 392 degrees F.

Flash point is greater than 400 degrees F for resin and 213.8 degrees F for hardener. Both the hardener and resin has a vapor pressure rating less than 1 millimeter Hg and 0.03 millimeters Hg respectively. Service temperature of this sealant ranges from -40 to 200 degrees F. It requires an application time of 8 to 12 minutes and takes 16 hours for complete curing. This epoxy compound exhibits peeling strength of 2 to 3 pli and a shear strength of 2250 psi. It has a specific volume of 25.1 cubic inches per pound and a viscosity of 8000 centipoises. This product comes in a 25-milliliter tube and allows an elongation of 0.01.
